Delete Your Account

This page explains how to permanently delete your UrLanding account and what happens to your data when you do.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Deleting your UrLanding account is permanent. Once confirmed, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

Your profile information
Landing pages
Stores
Products
Orders
Customers
Uploaded assets (images, files, media)
Analytics and reporting data
API keys
Connected integrations
Team members
Any other data owned by your account

Data We May Retain

Some information may be retained after account deletion only when required by law or legitimate business need, such as billing records, invoices, fraud prevention records, and other legal obligations. This retained data is kept solely for compliance purposes and is not used to operate your account.

This Action Cannot Be Undone

Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Please make sure you no longer need access to your data before proceeding.

How to Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion using either of the following methods.

Method 1: From the Mobile Application

Open the UrLanding mobile app.
Go to Settings.
Tap Account.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Settings → Account → Delete Account

Method 2: From the Web Dashboard

Log in to your UrLanding dashboard.
Go to Profile Settings.
Select Delete Account and confirm.

Profile Settings → Delete Account

If this option is not yet available in your dashboard, please contact our support team to request account deletion.
